Pre-Order Instructions We are preparing to print the 5th Edition of the Invasive Plants of Alberta Guide, updated with the latest information from the revised Alberta Weed Regulation. This form allows your organization to secure guides from our upcoming print run by committing your budget in advance.

Order Deadline: April 10, 2026

How Pricing and Ordering Works: Because this is a collaborative printing effort, you are committing a total budget today rather than ordering a specific number of books. We will maximize your order based on the budget you provide.

Minimum Order: 1 case (approx. 80 books).
Economy of Scale: If no external sponsorships are secured, the base price relies on the total collective print run, ranging between $4.00 and $6.00 per book. (More collective orders = lower cost!)
Corporate Subsidies: We are actively seeking corporate partnerships. With their sponsorship, the price could drop as low as $2.50 per book.

Next Steps & Timeline:

Order Confirmation: Once the final subsidized book price is locked in after the April 10 deadline, we will calculate the maximum number of full cases your budget can accommodate and confirm your final order with you via email.
Estimated Delivery: We are hoping to have orders ready by mid-June.

NO – We will issue your invoice after April 13, 2026, once all sponsorships are confirmed and the final subsidized book price is locked in.
